These terms explain how you may use DXNDRE.CO.UK and what to expect when enquiring about services. “DXNDRE”, “I” and “me” refer to D’André, the operator of this website. Questions or concerns can be sent to [email protected].
1. Using this website
You may browse the portfolio, services, photography, transport archive and personal content for lawful purposes. Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate someone else or use forms and comments for spam. Access to a feature may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users or investigate misuse.
2. Enquiries, estimates and bookings
Contact forms, project enquiries, call bookings and calculator results begin a conversation; they do not by themselves create a service contract or reserve availability. Digital service estimates are indicative and depend on the information supplied. Scope, deliverables, timing, price, payment arrangements, usage rights and the provider’s full contact details will be confirmed in writing before work is agreed. A written service agreement governs that work, alongside any rights the law gives you.
Tell me about material changes to your brief. Any additional work, costs or revised deadlines must be agreed before proceeding. Third-party licences, hosting and other ongoing costs will be identified where applicable. No recurring service or charge is created merely by using the calculator or sending an enquiry.
3. Design, development and support
Design, website development, WordPress work, one-time fixes and ongoing support are delivered to the agreed brief. Please provide accurate information, timely feedback and material you have permission to use. Access credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method. Support coverage, response expectations, maintenance responsibilities and any handover arrangements will be set out in the service agreement; visiting this website does not create a round-the-clock support commitment.
4. Photography
The advertised photography service has a flat rate of £40. Photos are returned within 24 hours of the shoot. Photos are captured using a DSLR camera and phone camera; video is captured using a phone camera. Only original, unedited files are supplied. Editing, retouching and video post-production are not included. “Raw, unedited” describes the lack of editing and does not guarantee a particular proprietary camera RAW format.
We will confirm the brief, location, timing, deliverables, file delivery method and permitted use before booking. Please arrange any necessary venue permissions and tell me about access restrictions. Any change to the agreed service requires your agreement. Delivery of files does not automatically transfer copyright; the agreed licence explains how you may use them.
5. Consumer rights and cancellation
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If you book as a consumer online or at a distance, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period from the day the service contract is made, subject to applicable legal exceptions. The relevant cancellation information and a cancellation method will be provided before you commit.
If you expressly request work to start during that period and then cancel, you may need to pay a proportionate amount for work supplied, where the law permits. You lose the cancellation right for a fully performed service only where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Any booking-specific cancellation or rescheduling terms will be explained in advance and must be fair. To raise a cancellation or service concern, email [email protected].
6. Client accounts and the portal
Keep your account details secure and use only accounts and project information you are authorised to access. Contact me promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Tickets, files, project records and billing information in the client portal support our working relationship; their presence does not change an agreed contract. Do not upload unlawful material, unnecessary sensitive information or files you do not have permission to share.
7. Photography, portfolio and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s photographs, writing, designs and original materials belong to DXNDRE or their respective owners. You may view them and share links. Permission is required to reproduce, sell, license or commercially reuse material except where the law allows it. Client work, brands and third-party marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Portfolio examples describe particular work and do not promise identical results for every project.
8. Transport information and community contributions
The bus explorer combines third-party transport information with a personal archive. Routes, stops, predictions and service information can change or become unavailable. Photographs and diary entries may show historical operations. Check the relevant transport operator or Transport for London before relying on information for a journey.
Comments may be moderated before publication. Keep contributions relevant, respectful and lawful, and do not post someone’s private information. You retain ownership of your contribution and permit its display and reasonable formatting on this website. Comments may be withheld or removed for spam, abuse, privacy issues or other breaches of these terms. Your submitted display name and approved comment are public.
9. Fitness content and the waitlist
Training stories, personal records, gym reviews and rankings reflect personal experience and opinion. They are general content, not individual medical advice or a personalised training programme. Consider your own circumstances and seek appropriate professional advice where needed. Joining the N118 Fitness waitlist does not purchase coaching or guarantee a place. Any future coaching offer will have its own service details and terms.
10. Privacy, cookies and external services
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; the Cookie Policy explains cookies and available choices. Newsletter and waitlist marketing depends on the choices you make, and you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. External booking, map, transport, social and other linked services are operated by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy notices.
11. Availability and responsibility
I take reasonable care with the website, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item of information will always be complete or current. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Please report errors so they can be investigated.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your consumer rights remain unaffected. Responsibility for paid work is addressed in the agreed service terms, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes, concerns and applicable law
Updated website terms will be posted here with a revised date. They do not retrospectively change an existing service agreement without an appropriate agreement or legal basis. Please contact me first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
