The Backstory
I’ve kept a list of all the gyms I’ve been to in my lifetime and ranked them based on defining characteristics. They’ve lived in my Apple Notes for a couple of years and it’s gained a lot of interest amongst my fellow gym goers, so I’ve publicised it. I’ve done (most) of the hard research, so you don’t have to.
All the ratings are representative of the ‘Luxury level’ that they offer. In layman’s terms, It takes into account “You get what you pay for”.

The Story
I’ve been a casual gym guy for a while. I used to sporadically train during the late 2010’s as I advanced out of my teenage years and into proper adulthood.
As of September 2023, I’ve been a proud David Lloyds Member, where I’ve become much more serious with my fitness. I train 5-6 times a week and I intend to train at as many branches as I can access with my membership.
