This website is operated by D’André Phillips, trading as DXNDRE.CO.UK. N118 Fitness is the name used for our fitness coaching activities.
We are responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is used. This policy covers website visitors, people who contact us about our services, and subscribers to the N118 Fitness waitlist.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Our website is hosted by Namecheap, which processes website data as necessary to provide hosting services.
We use MailPoet, a WordPress plugin, to manage our N118 Fitness waitlist and email subscriptions.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website and to help improve its content and usability.
Depending on our configuration and your privacy choices, this can include information about pages viewed, interactions, referral sources, browser and device details, and approximate location. N118 Fitness waitlist
When you join our waitlist, we collect the name and email address you provide, your subscription preferences and, if you choose to provide it, your main fitness goal.
With your consent, we use this information to manage your subscription and send emails about the N118 Fitness launch and coaching availability. Your optional fitness goal helps us understand the support you are interested in.
Joining the waitlist does not commit you to purchasing coaching or subscribe you to unrelated DXNDRE.CO.UK marketing.
We use MailPoet within our WordPress website to manage our N118 Fitness waitlist and subscriptions. We use the MailPoet Sending Service to deliver our emails, which involves processing subscribers’ email addresses and information needed to send and deliver those messages.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Please do not include medical information in the waitlist form.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
