The Verdict
Classifying this as a Tier 1 branch at the time of visit must've been a joke or a mistake. Hugely disappointing all round and the spa retreat was an insult - the worst one I've ever been to. Only redeeming factors are the spacious changing rooms and the car park. Just go Chigwell and spare yourself the pain.
